2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you enter: first name, last name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. All form fields are required so that we can handle your enquiry.
In addition, the web server automatically records technical connection data (such as the IP address, date and time and the page requested) for security and service operation purposes.
3. Purpose
We use your data solely to handle and reply to the enquiry or request you send us through the form. We do not use it for commercial communications or profiling.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request. Afterwards, where necessary, we keep it duly blocked for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities, and then delete it. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the periods required by law.
6. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, who process data only on our instructions, namely the website hosting and email provider.
No international transfers of your personal data are planned.
7. Third-party services on this website
- Fonts (Google Fonts): the website loads the Roboto typeface from Google's servers, so your browser's IP address is sent to Google LLC when you visit.
- Google Maps: the website only contains a link to Google Maps. Data is shared with Google only if you click it and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@erbenmetal.com or to our postal address, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of your ID.
If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, you must not send us your data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
